Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 48 two-story single-family residences on a 12.22 acre site. Each residence is spatiality organized around a circular double-loaded parkway. The buildings are generally oriented in an east to west configuration that directs views from living areas towards the north and south. Three different primary design configurations have been proposed. After the completion of rough grading, on-site residential lot elevations will range from approximately 782 to 824 feet (above mean sea level [msl]). Maximum site elevations presently do not exeed 840 feet msl. Therefore, the average net change in elevation across the property will be a reduction in elevation of about 20 feet.
