Document Description
The project operator proposes to install fiber optics cable underneath waters of the State via directional boring below an unnamed creek on Paseo Padre Parkway, Crandall Creek, Dry Creek, an unnamed channel on Clawiter Road, Sulphur Creek, San Lorenzo Creek, Estudillo Creek, and an unnamed canal on Wicks Boulevard, located at crossings S-1, S-2, S-5, S-9, S-10, S-11, S-12, and S-13, respectively, in the County of Alameda, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0045 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and game Code to the project operator, Steve Leohner/XO California. This Notice of Determination applies only to the bores the Department identifies in the agreement, and not to the construction of the fiber optics project as a whole.
