Document Description
The project is the issuance by the California Department of Fish and Game of a lake and streambed alteration agreement to XO California, Inc. represented by Mr. Sean Wightman, in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to construct a fiber optics project in the county of Alameda. The project involves the installation of underground fiber optics cable. The agreement authorizes the applicant to proceed with those parts of the project that will impact and rivers and streams along the cable route within the Department's jurisdiction pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1601. This Notice of Determination applies only to the Department's issuance of the agreement, and not to the construction of the fiber optics project as a whole.
