Document Description
The project consists of the clearing of two culverts that are lugged with debris on Riverside Route 74, and excavation of soil that has been deposited on the inlet and outlet sides, which will then be used to brim the banks in order to better direct the water through the fact that the culvert has not yet been filled with debris; however, due to a bend upstream, approximately 10 yards from the culvert inlet, which has developed and is causing erosion of the hillside, the bend is proposed to be straightened and the erosion filled with the material removed from the inside of the bend.
