Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the streambed to re-establish access on an overgrown road to Circuit 628 at Lynndale Place. Improvements to the road include the installation of a culvert within the streambed that crosses the maintenance road. The project site is located adjacent to the northeastern corner of the intersection of H Street and Interstate 805 in the City of Chula Vista, San Diego County. Two upland vegetation communities are present onsite: coastal sage scrub and non-native grassland. The intermittent stream is considered Waters of the State and contains some mulefat scrub. Total impact to jurisdictional streambed with associated mulefat vegetation 1330 square feet. SAA #R5-2001-0218
