One new structure will be constructed on the same footprint as the existing structure; the other two buildings will be relocated out of the flood plain area. Septic systems servicing the structures will also be replaced; one test pit (approximately 10 feet deep) will be dug prior to actual construction to confirm soil suitability, per County Environmental Health requirements. One propane tank will be relocated and two new tanks installed, with protective fencing. Approximately 500 feet of utility trenches will be required for underground water, power, and propane. An archaeologist will monitor all subsurface excavations.
