Document Description
The Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) Addendum to the Negative Declaration for the District's Smoke Management Program addresses amendments made to the District Smoke Management Program and District Rule 411- Wildland Vegetation Management Burning. The Smoke Management Program and associated Negative Declaration were adopted and certified in 2001 to minimize adverse air quality impacts related to smoke from prescribed burning as required by Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations. The revisions do not cause new significant impacts or result in a substantial increase in the severity of any previously identified impacts not identified in the previously certified Negative Declaration.
