The proposed expansion is to be housed jointly to the original casino structure which occupies approximately 96,186 square feet (2.2 acres). The proposed facility expansion will consist of a sprung structure, which will hold 500 additional slot machines; office space; restrooms; cashiers booth; additional parking spaces and driveways all of which would be located to the southeast of the original casino structure. Additional expansion components include a sports bar, which can seat 300 patrons; enclosed and open patio areas, which would be located at the northern portion of the original structure; and a leach field and septic tanks located to the south of the proposed sprung structure. The proposed facilities would encompass approximately 376,179 square feet (8.6 acres).
