This is an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation of a "Microcell" communication facility within the public right-of-way. The Microcell improvements are located on and adjacent to an existing utility pole, and will consist of four panel antennas (21" by 12" by 3") and a small GPS antenna on a 96" support arm, a 36" by 19" by 11" deep pole-mounted equipment box and a 50" by 35" by 20" ground mounted equipment cabinet located 60 feet away from the pole. The site is located in front of a single family residence and near the intersection of Saddle Peak Road and Piuma Road.
