To establish six 30,000 gallon propane storage tanks on property east of the Morning Star Packing Company plant which is designated Agricultural land use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural). The proposed location of the tanks is a triangular shaped ten acre portion of the property, which is adjacent to a two acre strip of industrial property owned by the Morning Star and used to store wood pallets (the tanks will be over 1,000 feet from the nearest pallets, with a water tank in between. Located on the south side of Ingomar Grade, 3 miles west of Sylvester Road in the Volta area.
