Document Description
The proposed project is to reconfigure 37 underlying lots into five (5) parcels and to develop a commercial retail, office and residential complex. The project site is located on the northwest corner of East Branch Street and Crown Terrace and is approximately 3.5 acres in size (reference Attachment). The E.C. Loomis & Son Feed Store and other miscellaneous structures currently occupy the site. The project includes constructing approximately 35,000 square feet of commercial retail, office and residential space located in five (5) separate one and two-story buildings. The applicant intends to retain and enhance an existing office building, relocate the Loomis residence off of the project site and remove the E.C. Loomis & Son Feed Store.
