In addition, they also are proposing to amend the Municipal Code (Title 19) to rezone the subject property from the R-1-80--Single Family Residential and O- Official Zones to the R-3-30- Multi-family Residential Zone. The proposed General Plan Amendment and rezoning is to facilitate the applicant's proposal to establish a 112 unit planned residential development with 26 one bedroom units, 60 two bedroom units, and 26 three bedroom units, together with parking, private and common open space. The subject property consists of five parcels totaling approximately 9.78 acres.
