The proposed project is the delivery of Central Valley Project (CVP) contract water on an annual basis to Westlands Water District (WWD) under a partial contract assignment from Mercy Springs Water District (MSWD) to WWD. The water from the contract assignment will supplement WWD's current CVP supplies and will be used to help reduce water supply deficits and provide greater flexibility in water deliveries.
