The SBCOG is responsible for updating the County's Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The 2001 RTP set forth goals, policies, and programs for long and short-range transportation improvements in the County, as required by state and federal law. Specifically, the 2001 RTP contains the following: 1) an assessment of needs, 2) an action plan, 3) a financial plan, and 4) identification of transportation goals and policies.
