Document Description
Proposed is the construction of a new regional transit plaza in the City of Covina, accommodating up to 6-bus bays, a 1,000+ space, 4-level parking structure, 54,000+ square feet of mixed retail, commercial, and office professional uses, and other associated fixed, semi-fixed, and/or non-fixed commercial uses operating within or adjacent to the pedestrian area of the transit plaza and catering predominately to the needs of transit users. The project includes, but may not be limited to, the acquisition and consolidation of a number of existing real properties, demolition of existing buildings located there upon, vacation of a segment of North Park Avenue, construction of the proposed uses, reconfiguration of existing bus routes, and operation of the transit plaza.
