Document Description
The project is to adopt and implement an amendment to the Orangefair Redevelopment Plan (est. 1973). The Plan Amendment will not add any new territory to the Project Area. Rather, adoption and implementation of the Plan Amendment will result in a technical change which will increase the limitation on the number of dollars that may be allocated to the Fullerton Redevelopment Agency. Upon adoption and implementation of the Plan Amendment, the existing Redevelopment Plan will continue to facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial redevelopment in all or portions of the Project Area in conformance with the Fullerton General Plan, and to mitigate various blighting conditions that have been found within the Project Area.
