Document Description
The project involves the subdivision of a 22.23-acre parcel into four (4) single-family parcels of 7.01, 6.16, 6.0, and 3.07 acres with associated site improvements. Approximately 2,400 cubic yards of cut and fill are proposed. No import or export or fill is proposed. The site is accessed by way of a private road off Mountain Drive, through a parcel outside of the City Limits. The existing site as well as the newly created lots will not have public street frontage. Existing development located on the northeasterly portion of the site includes a one-story wood frame single-family residence with a two-acre garage and an accessory building.
