Document Description
The Fence Monte Vista Water Treatment Plant Property project is proposed by the Agency to increase the size of the Monte Vista Water Treatment Plant property by approximately 0.22 acres through an exchange of properties of equal value with the adjacent property owner, as provided for in Government Code Section 25365. This will allow the Agency sufficient space to construct a vehicle turn around, give the Agency a secure space to park it's existing emergency generator equipment and additional space for possible future water treatment plant modifications and to install a security/safety fence around the site. The vehicle turn around and fencing will be constructed utilizing best management practices.
