Document Description
The County of Mendocino is proposing to consider adoption of a redevelopment plan to establish a redevelopment program and create a redevelopment Project Area comprised of three non-contiguous subareas generally located along U.S. 101 (Redwood Highway), North State Street, and South State Street in the southeastern portion of Mendocino County. The purpose of adoption of a redevelopment plan is to provide a means of overcoming adverse physical and economic conditions and to facilitate revitalization within the Project Area. As used in this document, the terms "project" and the "redevelopment project" include adoption and implementation of the proposed redevelopment plan within and for the benefit of the proposed Project Area.
