Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Zoning Ordinance Amendment and related entitlements to allow development of a shopping center, including 250,000+/- s.f. of retail space, primary service station, car wash and convenience market within the Antelope Station Special Planning Area (SPA). The project site is 32.9+/- gross acres (30.7+/- net acres) in size and consists of three Assessor Parcels (APNs 209-072-002; 209-0110-022 and 023). The project site is located on the northwest side of Antelope Road, west of Roseville Road within the Antelope Community Planning Area (see Plates PD-A and PD-B). The Union Pacific Railroad property is located along the northwest property line.
