Document Description
The Orange Redevelopment Agency proposes to merge and amend the existing Redevelopment Plans for the Northwest, Southwest Original, Southwest Amendment No. 1, Southwest Amendment No. 2, Southwest Amendment No. 3, Tustin Street Original, and Tustin Street Amendment No. 1. The amendment and merger will allow for: (1) reestablishment of the Agency's eminent domain authority on "non-residential uses: and "non-conforming residential uses", (2) extention of the Agency's time limit to incur indebetdness by a period of 10 years, and (3) merge the redevelopment plans for the existing project areas for administrative reasons.
