The District proposes to undertake the acquisition of approximately 2.01 acres of land adjacent to San Marcos Academy for the future construction of any addition to the existing San Marcos Academy. The San Marcos Academy serves the needs of the District and the community it serves. The purpose of the project is to provide educational facilities for students within the San Marcos Unified School District. Educational programs will be offered during the day, but occasional evening programs are anticipated.
