Document Description
The proposed South Central Los Angeles Area New High School No. 1 is comprised of a 240,000 square foot facility on an 18.52-acre site. The proposed project would relieve overcrowding at Jefferson and Manual Arts High Schools by providing 2,122 two-semester seats to accommodate a total enrollment of 2,957 ninth through twelfth grade students. The proposed Jefferson Continuation High School is a 12,000 square foot facility that would provide 87 two-semester seats to accommodate a total enrollment of 120 ninth through twelfth grade students.
