Document Description
Change condition of project approval to expand hotel conference facility capacity from 1,000 to 1,800 people, and extend event hours into the peak traffic period. There would be no changes in the square footage of the facility. In addition, an amendment to the Park Plaza Specific Plan is proposed to remove limitations on water use for all components of the Specific Plan. Requirements for water conservation and use of reclaimed water would remain.
