Document Description
The proposed project is a 92,000 sf, four-story commercial project, consisting of retail development on the first and second floors, and office area on the third and fourth floors. Four hundred and fifty-eight (458) parking spaces on two subterranean levels and seventy-three (73) parking spaces are proposed at grade. The retail area will consist of 51,000 sf of floor area, 10,200 sf of which would be dedicated to restaurant use. The proposed office area is 41,000 sf with an approximately 3,200 sf multi-purpose hall. The site is approximately two acres in size.
