Document Description
ECCU has proposed the construction of an office park that would include the construction of three office buildings and a cafeteria/meeting facility on an approximately 17.42-acre building site. Two of the four buildings would be built immediately, with operations commencing in 2002. The first building will house only office and information systems space to support corporate financial services. The second, smaller building is to be used for ancillary functions such as a cafeteria, staff meeting room for up to 350 people, meeting/training rooms, warehouse/inventory, shipping and receiving, and an exercise/workout area. The third building will be constructed by mid-2003 and the fourth building will be constructed by mid-2004. These buildings would likely be leased until the growth of ECCU warrants their use. These four buildings are projected to accommodate ECCU's growth for the next 10-15 years.
