Document Description
The project proponent is requesting an amendment to the Mountain Gate Specific Plan (SP-89-1) to add approximately 123 acres of land and up to 258 homes into the Specific Plan area. The residential land uses proposed for the Specific Plan Amendment are a continuation of those presently allowed by the Mountain Gate Specific Plan, except for the introduction of new minimum lot size requirements. The proposed land uses include Single Family Detached (SFD) and Estate Residential (ER) uses that will be divided into planning areas based on respective minimum lot sizes.
