Document Description
The Agency intends to amend the Redevelopment Plans prepared for the Downtown Redevelopment Project at the Midway Redevelopment Project (the "Project Areas") to merge the Project Areas ("Merged Project Area") and to add new territory ("Added Territory") to the Merged Project Area to provide for a variety of redevelopment activities designed to eliminate documented blight conditions. Agency redevelopment activities will include, but are not limited to, structures, public walks and buildings, infrastructure improvements, such as drainage, circulation improvements, water distribution system and wastewater collection system improvements, and redevelopment assistance programs such as low-interest loans. The possible actions are not proposed projects at this time, but are possible activities that may be undertaken in conjunction with the Amendment.
