Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-137 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries of Martell. This agreement pertains to the Shackleton THP, #4-99-83/CAL-16. Activities includes: 1) installation of an 18 inch culvert crossing; 2) cleaning out of an existing waterhole; 3) upgrade of a 24 inch culvert crossing to a 48 inch culvert crossing; 4) installation fo a 24 inch culvet crossing; 5) installation of a rock low water crossing; 6) installation of an inside ditch where a watercouse crosses the road; 7) armor an eroding bank with 24 inch + rock rivetment; and 8) installation of approximately 50 feet of new ditch.
