Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has granted an Emergency Permit in accordance with Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 66270.61 to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) to allow one time treatment of a hazardous waste. This treatment will take place between the dates of June 25 and June 29, 2001. The waste consists of rhenium hexafluoride (ReF6) contained in a compressed gas steel cylinder (12-inches length X 4-inches diameter) with an approximate maximum capacity of 61 ounces.
