Document Description
Stabilize and restore Sing House at Empire Mine State Historic Park. Historic structure is in a serious state of decay and stabilization will be necessary before restoration work can begin. Historic fabric will be retained wherever possible and materials replaced in kind or to match original. Structure will be documented/photographed before, during, and after project. All work will be monitored by a state archeologist and done in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
