Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control prepares the Negative Declaration for a discretionary decision on a Removal Action Work Plan for Operable Unit 2 Soil at Oakland Army Base. The project consists of an approval of the Removal Action Work Plan. About 10,000 square feet of soil within Operable Unit 2 contains elevated concentrations of pesticides and total petroleum hydrocarbons. The Removal Action Work Plan proposes excavation and disposal of the impacted soil at an off-site permitted disposal facility.
