Document Description
Development of a 90 foot wooden, cellular tower (monopole) with directional antennas. The project includes a 116 square foot prefabricated equipment building and a 6 foot chain link fence. Nine directional panels and two, six foot microwave dishes will be mounted on the monopole. The development will occur on a 40 foot by 40 foot leased portion of the 42 acre parcel. The parcel is currently developed with a single family residence, agricultural outbuildings, FAA communication tower and a gas well. The parcel is served with on-site water and sewage disposal system.
