The proposed permit revision will allow for the following: An increase to the ancillary operating hours of the landfill from 6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. to 24 hours per day to accommodate septage loaidng and transfer from the Neal Road Septage Facility (located within the landfill permitted boundary) to an offsite location.
