Document Description
The proposed development of the entire 211-acre South McFarland Specific Plan area will include approximately 153 acres designated for residential development. Of the 153 acres proposed for residential development, all 153 acres will be designated for Low Density Residential. A total of 10 acres will be designated as General Commercial, and the remaining 48 acres will be designated as Light Industrial. Of the 211-acre project area, 75 acres is presently within the City Limits of the City of McFarland. The remaining 136 acres being proposed for annexation into the City. The South McFarland Annexation Project entails the annexation of land located adjacent to a portion of the south boundary of the City Limits of McFarland into the City of McFarland.
