Approval of a Closure Plan for a pipe 15,000 feet long which conveyed hazardous wastes generated in aircraft servicing shops to an industrial waste treatment plant. The pipe will be closed in place by filling it with a cement substance. The interior of the entire line will be video-surveyed to check for damaged areas. The soil samples will be analyzed for hazardous constituents. The location of the closed pipe will be recorded in the county clerk's office.
