Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-91 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento County Department of Water Resource. This agreement pertains to the Aurelius Way/Central Avenue Storm Drain Project. Authorized activities include the placement of a 42-inch storm drain outfall structure within the east bank of Arcade Creek. The project includes streambank stabilization with the use of grouted riprap. Loose riprap will be used within the low flow channel of Arcade Creek.
