Document Description
Construction of a new 37,078 square foot structure on a portion of a 15.48 acre parcel. The primary use is an Ice Skating Rink with accessory uses such as locker rooms, a pro shop, skate rental area, snack bar, game arcade, meeting rooms and office space. The facility will be open year around, seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The facility will be built as a result of a community ballot measure (Measure S) which was passed to increase recreational amenities in South Lake Tahoe. Parking will be provided by sharing the adjacent Recreation Center parking area.
