Use Permit 00CUP-008 to amend Use Permit 94CUP-043 to allow the following at the Cal Sierra Material Recovery Facility (MRF)/Transfer Station: 1. Increase the maximum allowable daily tonnage accepted from 200 tons per day to 350 tons per day. 2. Increase the maximum allowable number of incoming waste vehicles from 250 per day to 350 per day. 3. Increase the maximum number of outgoing waste vehicles from 10 vehicles per day to 20 vehicles per day. 4. Increase the maximum number of outgoing commodity vehicles from 2 vehicles per day to 10 vehicles per day. 5. Add a program to establish a permanent household hazardous waste collection facility within the existing storage building at the site. The collection events would be scheduled two days per month, to a maximum of 30 days per year, and would be available by appointment.
