California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-137) pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The applicant intends to divert or obstruct the natural flow of, or change the bed, channel, or bank of, or use material from the streambed(s)/lake of, the following water(s): Pano Ditch, Berry Ditch, Halloran Wash, Dale Ditch, Hack Wash, and Kali Ditch tributary to Halloran Wash along I-15 from 2.4 kilometers west of East Baker overcrossing to 2.1 kilometers east of Cima Road in San Bernardino County.
