The total interior floor area of the proposed fire station is approximately 7,000 square feet, with a footprint of approximately 3,900 square feet. The building height of the proposed two-story structure is approximately 20 feet calculated per City Zoning ordinance. The apron area is approximately 6,800 square feet including driveway and parking for 6 standard cars and one disabled parking space.
