The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Tim Bailey representing Shasta County Department of Public Works. The project proposes to replace the existing 1,200 foot long Main Street bridge over Cottonwood Creek in Shasta, and Tehama Counties with a prestressed concrete grinder bridge.
