Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement NO. 1600-2016-0223-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County.
The proposed project includes the diversion of water from a Point of Diversion (POD) near the confluence of Dutch Bill Creek and the mainstream Russian River at Monte Rio in Sonoma County. The water is intended to supply the community of Occidental which is located at the intersection of Bohemian Road and Graton Road in the Upper Dutch Bill Creek watershed. Occidental Community Services District (OCSD) will obtain its supply of water from the underflow of the Russian River under its water right (Application #31257, Permit #21214).
