Document Description
This project proposes the phased development of a community sports park to include two combination softball-soccer fields, two dedicated soccer fields, one combination soccer-multiple-use field and one smaller practice field. Parking, landscaping and drainage improvements and restroom, group shelter and maintenace structures are also proposed in support of the park. The park is proposed to encompass a total site area of approximately 32 acres involving the disturbance of approximately 22 acres.
