Increase the permitted amount of friable asbestos disposed at the site from 435 tons per month to 2,500 tons per month, and revise the permitted asbestos disposal locations from L- Shaped area and the island at the center of Disposal Module 1 (DM-1) to include the use of the entire DM-1 module for asbestos containing waste (ACW) disposal (including friable asbestos). 3. Reclassify DM 9.1 as a Class II waste pile and designated a land treatment unit (LTU) as part of the site's routine operational procedures for managing wastewater treatment plant sludges, and incorporate into the SWFP routine operational procedures for managing sludges. 4, Recognize the use of alternative daily cover (ADC) materials consistent with 27 CCR 20690. 5. Update wood handling procedures to be consistent with the requirements of the Dixon Fire Department, which has fire prevention and control jurisdiction at the landfill.
