Document Description
This project provides water and sewer lines to serve The Promontory and supplements the existing water system for the area. A portion of a water line will also be altered to accommodate demands for increased storage capacity of the Oakridge tank. The water and sewer alignments are part of a large water and sewer line system and include an approximately 3,000 if 16-inch water line beginning at the intersection of Brittany Way and El Dorado Hills Boulevard, heading south along El Dorado Hills Boulevard, then west in a SMUD/PG&E easement until reaching The Promontory Site; approximately 1,500 if of 8-inch water line within the same SMUD/PG&E easement; and an approximately 900 if 15-inch gravity sewer line leaving, re-entering and leaving again the southeastern portion of the site at its boundary with the Ridgeview West subdivision.
