Document Description
The applicant proposes to install two headwalls, a 72-inch wide stormdrain and approximately 230 cubic yards of upland fill into an existing 189-foot long drainage channel located within the Southcrest Redevelopment Project Area, between Acacia and Alpha Streets. This action is part of a larger project for which a Negative Declaration (LDR No. 98-0262) was issued on August 10, 1999. The previous Negative Declaration is incorporated herein by reference. This revised Mitigated Negative Declaraton and Initial Study shall address only issues related to the aforementioned agencies' jurisdictional issues, as these issues were not addressed in the previous document.
