The existing Sea Base consists of 9,943 square feet of office space, classrooms, storage, and a duty house that is located on 1.18 acres. The project involves the demolition of the existing 1,785 square foot duty house and 490 square foot storage area. The new construction proposed includes a two-story structure for a sailing building (8,092 square feet) and a two-story structure for a rowing building (6,500 square feet). The total building area will be increased from 9,943 square feet to a total area of 22,060 square feet with the proposed expansion.
