The Land Trust for Santa Barbara County, in cooperation with landowners, the Cachuma Resource Conservation District and the County Flood Control District, will implement the second and final phase of a riparian restoration project on lower Refugio Creek. Work will include removing invasive Arundo donax, stabilizing creek banks and re-establishing native riparian habitat.
