Document Description
The Proposed Project would result in: (1) transfer of approximately 101 acres into federal trust for the Jamul Indian Village by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, (2) approval of a gaming management contract by the National Indian Gaming Commission, (3) and development of a gaming complex on the existing Rancheria. Development on the proposed trust property would include residential, surface parking, new fire station, wastewater treatment plant, warehouse, and associated roadways. The plan also includes the preservation of 46+/- acres of land through a conservation easement.
